Associate of Science in Health Care Administration
The associate of science degree provides sound theoretical and practical instruction that focuses on conceptual and technical competency. Students are empowered to demonstrate efficient management, problem-solving skills and effective communication in delivering quality health care services in organizations such as hospitals, long-term care facilities, managed care organizations, clinics and public health agencies.
Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration
The bachelor of science degree assists in the solidification of learning skills for the life span experience. An in-depth perspective and understanding of health care management information systems is provided. Comprehending the role of marketing and public relations in health care is also facilitated. Students become acquainted with basic principles of organizational design and managerial behavior in health care systems.
Associate Degree in Nursing
The associate degree in nursing provides students with the appropriate general education, didactic theory, and hands-on skills required to begin and/or enhance a career in healthcare. The purpose of the program is to provide the student with a broad base of knowledge in allied health; and also provides the graduate with all the clinical experience necessary to be a safe practitioner.

In just 39 months, and with classes starting every 20 weeks, WCU’s year-round semester system allows you to complete the BSN program (125 credits) – an equivalent credit load to the professional RN curriculum of four-year programs offered by state and private schools – without sacrificing the quality of your nursing education.
