West Coast University Campuses:

Dallas

Introducing WCU Dallas, the newest West Coast University campus dedicated entirely to higher education for nurses. Modeled after the successful curricula offered at the University’s current campuses, the Dallas campus offers a BSN program focused on teaching students to be life-long learners, critical thinkers and compassionate caregivers.

West Coast University received approval by the Texas Board of Nursing and is now enrolling the BSN program.

West Coast University is committed to creating and maintaining best-in-class educational facilities. Our campuses include the use of smart technology, high-fidelity equipment, as well as modern and welcoming study rooms and gathering spaces that encourage connections between students, faculty and associates. Add computer labs and “Internet Bars” with ample computer access and the result is a student-centric facility with the resources to train, support and prepare exceptional nursing candidates for their professional careers.

Inland Empire

The striking linear design of the Ontario campus is both sophisticated and accessible with contemporary, clean lines and bold pops of color and texture. The resulting campus space is a best-in-class facility with interactive and purposeful learning environments that enrich the everyday campus experience.

In Ontario, West Coast University occupies two and a half floors of a recognized green building, which is certified for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). By designing a separate entrance and moving the hallways and corridors to the exterior of the building, WCU has created a space that is clean, crisp and bright. Integral to the design is a quad area for casual social interaction between students and staff. Information nooks and study areas along the hallways create additional spaces for students to read, study and connect with each other, faculty and associates.

Los Angeles

WCU puts extensive thought into the design of our campus facilities. Our philosophy is that our buildings – just like every other aspect of the University – must support, promote and encourage student success and academic excellence. At WCU, students learn various skills and procedures by using the wide range of modern equipment provided for our nursing programs.

The entrance to our North Hollywood campus boasts a skylight and grand staircase that usher students and faculty into an airy and inspiring space. Extensive student common areas are themed with marine elements including a waterfall, bamboo pier and recessed seating area. As a result of our recent and extensive renovation, this building has become a neighborhood icon replete with classic academic institution elements including a clock tower, flagpoles and visually distinctive lighting.

Orange County

The Orange County Campus welcomes students into a technologically savvy learning environment. In addition to undergraduate Nursing programs, the Orange County campus is home to WCU’s Dental Hygiene program, offering one of only four Bachelor of Science Degrees in Dental Hygiene in all of California.

Our attractive four-story Orange County campus boldly combines retro and modern design elements to create an aesthetically pleasing campus where students, faculty and administration connect through shared spaces on each floor. The entry creates a sense of calm that is enhanced by a central atrium courtyard spanning all four floors.

The entire fourth floor of the Orange County campus is dedicated to the dental hygiene clinic and simulation lab. The simulation lab is well-equipped so that each WCU student has a dedicated simulation unit, dental chair and radiology equipment for the entire teaching time. Our free Dental Hygiene Clinic, which serves the community and WCU’s students alike, boasts 30 dental chairs and 10 x-ray units to provide patients with superior care and give students the opportunity to experience, first-hand, the full range of dental hygiene services and related patient care.
