West Coast University (WCU), with campuses in Los Angeles, Ontario, and Orange County, offers Bachelor and Master’s level degree programs that are designed to help you reach your educational and professional goals while balancing an already busy life and work schedule. WCU’s first Texas campus is located in Dallas, serving the DFW Metroplex, and currently offers the RN to BSN program. We want to help you advance in the health care industry through higher education.

Programs Available at West Coast University:

Master of Science in Healthcare Management

The Master of Science in Health Care Management program is a convenient, fast program that can give you the training and education you need to pursue leadership and management positions in health care facilities.

The MSHCM program at West Coast University includes classes in Financial Management, Research Methods, Project Management, and Legal and Ethical Issues. You’ll receive a strong business management education with a unique focus on the health care industry.

The program can be completed in as little as three semesters, with the majority of classes held online. You’ll attend classes on campus during the first and last week of each semester. After just three semesters, you could be finished with your Master’s degree.

Master of Science in Nursing

The Master of Science in Nursing program is designed to help nurses advance their education and their careers. The program can give you the training you need to become a Certified Nurse Educator.
Our MSN program includes classes like Policy Organization and Financing of Health care, Biostatistics, Research Utilization, Advanced Practice Physiology and Pathophysiology, and more. You’ll also participate in an advanced clinical rotation where you’ll have hands-on training.

At WCU, the MSN program is easy to fit into your already busy schedule. You’ll attend classes on campus during the first and last week of each semester, and complete your other coursework online. The program can be completed in as little as three semesters, helping you reach your educational goals faster.

RN to BSN

West Coast University designed its RN to BSN program specifically to meet the needs of the working RN at our three convenient Southern California locations and our newest location in Dallas. Each class in this program is taught in a 10-week span, allowing the student to focus on fewer subjects at a time and gain a deeper understanding of the material. At the Los Angeles campus, you only need to attend classes onsite the first and last weekend of each term, with the balance of the coursework completed online.

Applicants for the RN to BSN program must have graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing and hold a current license as an RN in the US.

Inland Empire

The Ontario campus of West Coast University is conveniently located and easily accessible from the 10 Freeway.



Los Angeles

The Los Angeles Campus of West Coast University is located on Victory Boulevard in North Hollywood just off the CA-170.



Orange County

The Orange County Campus welcomes students into a technologically savvy learning environment. In addition to undergraduate Nursing programs, the Orange County campus is home to WCU’s Dental Hygiene program, offering one of only four Bachelor of Science Degrees in Dental Hygiene in all of California.

Our attractive four-story Orange County campus boldly combines retro and modern design elements to create an aesthetically pleasing campus where students, faculty and administration connect through shared spaces on each floor. The entry creates a sense of calm that is enhanced by a central atrium courtyard spanning all four floors.

The entire fourth floor of the Orange County campus is dedicated to the dental hygiene clinic and simulation lab. The simulation lab is well-equipped so that each WCU student has a dedicated simulation unit, dental chair and radiology equipment for the entire teaching time. Our free Dental Hygiene Clinic, which serves the community and WCU’s students alike, boasts 30 dental chairs and 10 x-ray units to provide patients with superior care and give students the opportunity to experience, first-hand, the full range of dental hygiene services and related patient care.
